The Social Studies Teaching Orientation Program was Successful!

The Orientation Program, organized by the Department of Social Studies Education at Fırat University's Faculty of Education, successfully held for first-year students.

The program was attended by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Nuri Gömleksiz, Dean of the Faculty of Education; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esen Durmuş, Head of the Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education; faculty members; and students. Following opening remarks, information was provided about the department's academic structure, course content, the opportunities offered by the faculty, university life, and the city of Elazığ.

At the end of the program, students' questions were answered, and their concerns were clarified. Students emphasized the significant contribution of the orientation program to their adaptation to the university.
